This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16629)
This is obviously a remix of my first submission witht he last block new...flows a bit better like this...simply self-reversing doing once on right, once on left for each block...Enjoy...
- Mambo cha-cha-cha x2 (1-8)
- Repeater knee with left knee (9-16)
- Step touch x4-pivot each time in diamond shape on floor (17-24) (can take to a diamond shuffle with quick sinc steps)
- Kick-ball-change x2 (25-28)
- 1 Full pivot (29-32)
Repeat other side
- Kicks - front right - back left - front right - side left (1-8)
- Grapevine / squat to the right
- V-step x2
- Alternating front lunge
Repeat other side
- Grapevine box with 1/4 pivots to face each wall (1-16) They always love this!
- Lunges---2x single-single double
