Fun Fat Burner

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 16634)

This routine is not broken down, but you should be able to understand the gist of it. Each block is right leg leading on straight to left leg leading, so block 1 right than left, then straight to block 2 right than goes

*** IS right foot step forward than back -3 count than bring your left knee up -1 count than 2 more knees up -4 end up on your left leg..

It's a feel good routine when done a few times me if you dont understand bits..
