Fun Fat Burner
This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16634)
This routine is not broken down, but you should be able to understand the gist of it. Each block is right leg leading on straight to left leg leading, so block 1 right than left, then straight to block 2 right than left..here goes
- Double step tap - 4 count
- Single step tap x2 - 4 count (can move in a L-shape for this)
- 4x Hammy curls -8 count (can make this move a L-shape to the left)
- Mambo cha cha cha -4 count (left leg lead)
- Mambo - 4 count (back to right leg)
- 2x Easy walk - 8 count
- 3x Step kneeup - 12 count
- Jog - 4 count (left leg lead)
- 3x Rocking horse - 12 count
- 2x Pony step - 4 count REPEAT ALL ON LEFT LEG LEAD...
- Walk - 4 count to right corner (3 walk and a skip)
- Walk - 4 count to left corner (we call this a zig zag ) (so that is -8 count all up)
- Double step tap - 4 count
- 1x Easy walk - 4 count (right foot easy and turn it 1/4 turn to the right..so you are facing side wall)
- Double step knee x over - 8 count
- Double hammy curl x over - 8 count (still facing side wall)
- 2x Grapevines in a L-shape - 8 count (you wil be facing front)
- 3x Mambo 3 knees up - 24 count*** REPEAT ALL ON LEFT LEG
*** IS right foot step forward than back -3 count than bring your left knee up -1 count than 2 more knees up -4 count..you end up on your left leg..
