As I promissed, here is a new Cardio Ball choreography for you. Tempo, 128 to 135 bpm. Combination of standing and prone moves:
- Run forward (throw and catch) (4), 2 heel touch (press ball down) (4)
- Run backward (throw and catch) (4), 2 heel touch (press ball down) (4)
- Robot* (straight legs): march right/left/right (3), hold (1), mambo left (4)
- Robot* (straight legs): march left/right/left (3), hold (1), mambo right (4)
- Shuffle forward - right diagonal (dribble twice) (4)
- Jazzy square left (arms/ ball follow the legs) (4)
- Shuffle backward - left diagonal (dribble twice) (4)
- Jazzy square right (arms/ ball follow the legs) (4)
- Repeat one more time (16)
- Move to a prone position over the ball (hands on floor) (8)
- 2 Slow hip abductions (8), 4 quick hip abductions (8)
- 1 Superman (lift arms and legs) (4), move back to standing (4)
- Tape toes on ball right/left/right/left (arms move naturally) (8)
- 2 Squats (roll the ball on floor forward and back with each squat) (8)
- Tape toes on ball right/left/right/left (arms move naturally) (8)
- 2 Squats (roll the ball on floor forward and back with each squat) (8)
Repeat from the top in opposite direction starting with left foot.
Robot*: march like a robot and press the ball in front of chest, got this idea from TBB.
