Charleston, jack combo on the Ball
This is a
Ball pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16638)
This is a cardio move on the ball.
- Seated on the ball get your bounce rhythm to the music
- With legs wider than hip distance kick forward with right leg and to the side of the ball with the left leg.
- As you kick forward, allow yourself to lean back on the ball to engage your abdominal muscle even more (let your arms move as they would in regular charleston move). Repeat 12 reps
- Next do 12 bouncing (to the beat) jacks where you open your knees and arms then close your knees and arms
- Next do 12 bouncing (to the beat) knee tucks (try to sit on your 'sits' bone while knees and elbows tuck to the chest) feet land back on the floor and arms open out.
- Next do 12 bouncing (to the beat) regular jacks where you open your knees and arms then close your knees and arms
- Next do Charleston kick again with left leg leading 12 reps
Repeat from top
This entire sequence is done on the ball and will work your core, work your heart and lighten your spirit
