Jump rope drill
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from

(pattern 16639)
After working my class for 45 minutes with my cardioboxing routine, I typically end class with 15 minutes of jump rope and push ups.
Pretty easy to do:
- Jump rope for 5 minutes nonstop
- Follow with 20 full body push ups
- Jump rope 1 minute nonstop
- Follow with 16 full body push ups
- Jump rope 1 minute nonstop
- Follow with 12 full body push ups
- Jump rope 1 minute nonstop
- Follow this 8 full body push ups
- Jump rope 3 minutes nonstop
This is a great ending to an advance cardioboxing routine.
