Jump rope drill

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 16639)

After working my class for 45 minutes with my cardioboxing routine, I typically end class with 15 minutes of jump rope and push ups.

This is a great ending to an advance cardioboxing routine.
