Hi, this is just two moves to work most of the large muscle groups. You'll need light handweights. No more than 5 pounds.
Right leg: Side lunge out to right and drag it back.
Still right leg: Curtsy lunge behind.
Now, add the arms: (still right leg)
Side lunge out to right, cue " En Garde!" (Like sword fighting). So right arm extends out like a controlled punch. Drag back leg, return arm.
Curtsy lunge behind but not LEFT arm reaches straight down to the ground at your left side with the lunge.
Do the first move and go right to the second. Repeat all on left side.
