Combo 1
- (1-4) Double kick
- (5-10) Grapevine ending with 2 alternating hamstring curls
- (11-16) * 6 count side mambo
- (17-20) Double side lunge
- (21-24) Single side lunge x2 (option: jack, cross, jack)
- (25-32) Repeat last 2 lines
Repeat other side
Combo 2
- (1-4) Chasse forwards x2
- (5-10) **1 1/2 mambos
- (11-16) Step backwards and 3 alternating inner thigh lifts travelling backwards
- (17-24) Knee/kick x2
- (25-32) Double heel x2 (option: step and 3 quick heels x2)
Repeat other side
Combo 3
- (1-12) Grapevine x3 in a triangle
- (13-16) Walk (or jog) on the spot turning to face the front
- (17-20) Step to side, knee lift and reverse mambo
- (21-24) Repeat last line
- (25-32) V-step forwards and backwards
Repeat other side
*6 count side mambo - (1) step left foot to left side, (2) step right foot on the spot, (3) step left foot next to right, (4) step right foot to right side, (5) step left foot on the spot, (6) step right foot next to left
**1 1/2 mambos - (1) step right foot forwards, (2) step left foot on the spot, (3) step right foot backwards, (4) step left foot on the spot, (5) step right foot forwards, (6) step left foot on the spot
