- 1 Single kick---1 single turn
- Long walk
- L-step
- 2 Single squats
- 1/2 L-step---5 count repeater (off the side)
- One tap or jacks---5 count repeater (off the side again)
- Across the top x 3
- Roundhouse kicks x3 (of the side)
- 1/2 L-step back
- 6 Count mambo--on the bench and lunge back x 3**
- Over the top---1 side kick
- Over the top---1 single turn
- Shuffle turn x4
- A-step x3
- 3 Count repeater
- 6 Count side lunge ***
- Power 7 count repeater****
- Split basic
- Hop V-step x 2
- 2 Front kicks
- Rocking horse x 2
* These L-steps are optional. I put them in to to prepare for the next combo
**6 count mambo:
leading with the right foot,
mambo right on left corrner of the bench (1-2)
right foot on the floor 3
mambo left on the right corner of the bench (4-5)
left foot on the floor (6)
Lunges off the bench
leading right then left, up up on the bench (7-8)
lunge back right, left, right, (9-14)
left then right foot down down (15-16)
***6 Count side lunges:
up and lunge 6 times from one side exit on the opposite side
****Power 7:
7 count repeater with big, blossoming arms
