* Reverse mambo - (1) step right foot to side, (2) step left foot behind right, (3) step right foot in place, (4-6) repeat other side

** Double knee switch - (1-2) step left and lift right knee facing right side, (3-4) tap right foot behind left and lift right knee again, (5-8) repeat other side facing left

***Heel knee lunge - (1) Left heel , (2) lift left knee, (3) lunge left leg backwards, (4) bring feet together, (5-6) repeat other side
