Combo 1
- (1-4) Side lunge x2
- (5-8) Side lunge into double knee crossover
- (9-12) Chasse
- (13-16) Hamstring curl x2
- (17-20) Mambo cha cha cha turning to face the back
- (21-24) Mambo cha cha cha turning to face the front
- (25-28) 3 Walks forwards and knee
- (29-32) 3 Walks backwards and knee (option: 2 jacks backwards)
Repeat other side
Combo 2
- (1-8) Grapevine ending with 3 alternating inner thigh lifts
- (9-16) Kick front, side kick x2 (like a double kick without putting the foot on the floor)
- (17-24) Double side step x2 (option: shuffle left and right)
- (25-32) Side mambo cha cha cha x2
Repeat other side
Combo 3
- (1-8) Lunge backwards double, single, single
- (9-16) V-step ending with a hamstring curl x2
- (17-24) Chasse travelling forwards x2
- (25-32) Step touch backwards x4 (option: step touch backwards slowly x2, quickly x4)
