* Salsa forwards (all done on the balls of the feet) (1) step right leg forwards, (&) step left foot on the spot, (2) step right foot back next to left

** Knee twist - (1) tap right foot by left twisting knee to left side, (2) step right foot next to left, (3-4) repeat left, (5) tap right foot twisting knee to left, (6) tap left foot twisting knee to right side, (7-8) repeat last 2 twists
