My Favourite Spin 2007

I posted an extended (80 minute) spin on Turnstep last year and got some great feedback. So, after much delay here is another one of my profiles with some of my best tunes of 2007. I've got many many more though!

I mentioned this before, I don't have set routines/times. The music comes first and then it takes me where the class should go.

• 3: Basement Jaxx ft Lisa Kekaula - Good Luck (standing climb, faster cadence - there are two versions to this song)
• 4: Africanism All Stars - Steel Storm (Bob Sinclair Mix) (fast cadence, 2 runs when the steel drums go nuts!)
• 5: Angel & the Mambokats - Black Mambo (long, uneven jumps to the music)
• 6: DJ Tiesto - Just Be (Antillas Club Mix) (standing climb, 2 attacks)
• 7: Bob Sinclar - Zookey (rolling hills)
• 8: Kane - Rain Down on Me (standing or seated climb, turn resistance up at the chorus or change positions)
• 9: DJ Tiesto - Pirates of the Caribbean Remix (fast cadence, sprint the last 90 seconds)
• 10: Mana y Zucchero - Baila Morena (no bounce/isolation)
• 11: Infernal - From Paris to Berlin (Uniting Nations Remix) (standing climb, several attacks)
• 12: Soraya - Egyptian Belly Dance (jumps - you figure out the counts however you like)
• 13: Bob Sinclar - Sing My Song (standing climb)
• 14: George Acosta - The Reeper (uphill with an attack, downhill with a sprint to the finish) - MY FAVOURITE SONG OF THE YEAR
