Kickboxing
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16613)
First do a good warmup - stretching shoulders and legs and abs!
- Shuffle - jabs front 16
- Take down to 8 each corner of room, then 4's and 2's
- Pull knees in (4)
- Kick back (4)
- Take to 2's
- Then 1 knee and 1 kick
Back to beginning leading with the other leg
- 3 Lunges and 1 side kick (16)
- 1 Lunge 1 kick (16)
- Double jabs (turning side to side)
- Jump rope (4) - moving forward
- Jumping jacks (4) - moving back
Back to 3 lunges and kick using other leg first
- Kick forward (4)
- Jack back (4)
- Step tap with hooks, then upper cuts
- Speed bag walking 3 to side (1) jab and shuffle back
- Jump rope (heels)
- Jump rope (side to side)
- Squats, squat glute lift back
