This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from

(pattern 16616)
- Mambo right foot - 3x (12)
- Grapevine right (4)
- Mambo left foot - 3x (12)
- Grapevine left (4)
Add on at each end after the grapevine:
Then add:
- Stride B (back lunge) - 8x (16)
- Lunge turning to corners - 8x (16)
Then add:
- Hustle forward/back - 2 sets (16)
Then add:
- Alternating step-out Squat, cha-cha-cha - 4x (16)
Then add:
- Heels S - 8x (16)
- Knee lift up & over- 4 sets (16)
