INTERVAL: Everyone at one end of gym
NEED: Weights, mats (at one end for each person)
Pyramid: Sprint to end of gym, do 8 squats, sprint back do 8 pushups, then 7 etc.
CARDIO 1: Fast Feet (30 seconds) then sprint to other end and skip back (DO 3X)
2-10 regular push ups, 10 diamond push ups, 10 tricep push ups
CARDIO 2: 1 Suicide, 10 jumping jacks, 10 squats (DO 3 X)
2-16 bicep curls, 8 hammer curls, 8 angle curls
16 bend over flies
CARDIO 3: Run with high knees to end of gym, 2 squat jumps, run backwards back (DO 3X)
2-12 lateral and front raises
CARDIO 4: Shuffle across, 4 scissor jumps, shuffle back 4 scissor jumps (3 X)
2-16 Chest presses, 16 tricep kick backs
CARDIO 5: 1 suicide, 10 cross jumping jacks, 10 plie hops (DO 3X)
2-15 rows with lifting overhead
