2-Part Sporty, Quick & Easy!

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 16763)

This routine takes you in two perfect squares. Each segment allows you to switch lead/direction easily! Run through it a few times and then throw in a power segment of jumping jacks, repeater knees/curls/kicks and you have a very high-intensity workout! :)
