This routine takes you in two perfect squares. Each segment allows you to switch lead/direction easily! Run through it a few times and then throw in a power segment of jumping jacks, repeater knees/curls/kicks and you have a very high-intensity workout! :)
- 4 Right step-touch forward
- 4 Heel digs
- 4 Lunge-back
- 4 Step-touches to the right (this causes lead leg change)
- 4 Left step-touch back
- 4 Heel digs
- 4 Lunge-back
- 4 Step-touches to the left (this causes lead leg change)
- 1 Right grapevine; 3 curls (this causes lead leg changes)
- 1 Left walk forward; 1 single/1 double knee
- 8 Single kicks
- 2 Box left
- 1 Left grapevine; 3 curls ( this causes lead leg changes)
- 1 Right walk back; 1 single/1 double knee
- 8 Single kicks
- 2 Box right
