Rock, Paper, Scissors
This is a
Cycling pattern from

(pattern 16764)
I got this idea originally from Mike on this site. Thank you very much. My class had so much fun with it! We lined up in 2 lines facing each other as teams. Each person took turns down the line playing Rock, Paper, Scissors with the other team across from them. (I suggested husband and wife line up across from each other. It just added to the fun). The loser's team did the 30 second sprint or climb with resistance added on for 30 seconds then eased back up again till the next loser was named. The seated flats were resting times and if the team did 3 in a row the other team did a sympathy one so the other team could rest.
It got their heart rates up. They worked hard but had a great time and the hour went quick cause we were changing continually.
