Spin and Sculpt Cardio

This is a [Other] pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 16771)

We have been doing this format for the last couple of semesters at our local college and the class loves it!

Basic format:

Warm up on bike 7-10 minutes. Alternate 3 minutespin drill with 2 minute upper body sculpting using hand weights, while still spinning at "push point".

Finish with "plank" and push ups and of course, stretch.
