*Baby mambo - (1) step right foot to left corner, (2) step left foot on the spot, (3) step right foot to right side, (4) step left foot to right corner, (5) step right foot on the spot, (6) step left foot to left side, (7) step right foot to left corner, (8) step left foot on the spot

**3 Count squat - (1) step right foot to side and squat, (2) step left foot on the spot, (3) step right foot next to left, (4) step left foot to side and squat, (5) step right foot on the spot, (6) step left foot next to right

***V cha cha cha - (1-2) step forwards wide, (3&4) cha cha cha feet together back where you started

****Rhythm squat - (1) step right foot to side and squat, (2) straighten legs (option: calf rasie), (3) squat, (4) hamstring curl left, (5) step left foot to side and squat, (6) straighten legs, (7) squat, (8) hamstring curl right
