Combo 1
- (1-2) Cha cha cha right
- (3-4) Pivot turning to face left side
- (5-8) 3 Walks to left side and knee lift
- (9-16) Baby mambo* x3
- (17-24) Single, double, single hamstring curl
- (25-26) 1/2 Grapevine
- (27-32) 3 Count squat** x2
Repeat other side
Combo 2
- (1-4) Lunge backwards x2 turning to face the back (option: scissor legs apart with right leg backwards, jump feet together and repeat scissor other leg)
- (5-8) Side lunge (or jack) x2 facing the back
- (9-16) Repeat counts 1-8 turning to face the front
- (17-24) V cha cha cha*** x2
- (25-28) 3 Walks forwards and knee lift
- (29-32) Knee lift travelling backwards x2
Repeat other side
Combo 3
- (1-8) Rhythm squat**** x2
- (9-16) Inner thigh lift x4
- (17-24) Long grapevine into a double kick
- (25-32) Step touch x4 diamond arms (option: step touch x2 slow and 4 quick)
Repeat other side
*Baby mambo - (1) step right foot to left corner, (2) step left foot on the spot, (3) step right foot to right side, (4) step left foot to right corner, (5) step right foot on the spot, (6) step left foot to left side, (7) step right foot to left corner, (8) step left foot on the spot
**3 Count squat - (1) step right foot to side and squat, (2) step left foot on the spot, (3) step right foot next to left, (4) step left foot to side and squat, (5) step right foot on the spot, (6) step left foot next to right
***V cha cha cha - (1-2) step forwards wide, (3&4) cha cha cha feet together back where you started
****Rhythm squat - (1) step right foot to side and squat, (2) straighten legs (option: calf rasie), (3) squat, (4) hamstring curl left, (5) step left foot to side and squat, (6) straighten legs, (7) squat, (8) hamstring curl right
