- 1X Jab, cross (left/right) - 2 counts
- 1X Duck (squat) - 2 counts
- 1X Front kicks ( left/right) - 2 counts
Repeat combo for a total of 4 times (32 counts)
More advanced version: instead of ducking, do a squat thrust - 2 counts
