Great for Boot Camp or Interval Training!
This is my first combo post. I have found great classes from Turnstep so I thought I would share one.
Use music that is around 150 bpm. 3 minutes of moving to warm-up, and about a 5 minute stretch at the end (you will need it). Do sets consecutively with no break in between. Run through 5x, then do a sixth set of only the abs section, but do 20 of each exercise. Should take 45 minutes. Excellent class when you don't have much time.
My classes love that they know what is coming next, and how many are left. This leaves my usually social classes unable to chat.
A burpee is; from standing position, crouch to floor, pop back in to a plank, back to crouch, and back to standing. To intensify the move, you can add a jack or tuck jump at the standing position, and a push-up at the plank position.
