I teach step to a group of participants who are VERY varied in age and ability, so I choose to teach combos that are quite easy to breakdown and simplify, but also have options for fancier or more intense range of movement. Hope you like it! If you are unfamiliar with my terminology, please feel free to contact me, I tend to have my own "step lingo" !!

* Standing beside your bench on the west side, stomp your right foot OVER the bench, so that you stomp 3 times on the floor on the east side (your right foot is still on the west) and then bring foot back so you finish where you started
