Here are 3 easy to break down, easy to teach 32 count combinations I used this week. I had beginners and more intermediate level people in class, and everyone did this successfully. Variations/options will be given for a few moves. All are self-reversing and tapless. If there's something you don't udnerstand, let me know!
Combo #1:
- V-step (4)
- Shuffle turn (4)
- Travel hamstring curl 4x (16) OPTION: hamstrings around the world
- Mambo/cha-cha 2x (8)
Combo #2:
- Triple stomp (8) OPTION: curb walk
- Repeater knee (8)
- Scissor 4x (16)
Combo #3:
- Travel glute squeeze 4x (16)
- Repeater hamstring curl (8) OPTION: rocking horse
- Basic 2x (8) OPTION: revolving door
