Monday Aquatic Class
After warm up of 10 minutes
- 20 Marches, 20 cross country ski, 20 bobs in all directions,
- 20 Pendulum swings
- 50 Rocking horse on right leg
- 4 Giant kicks, 4 jogs, 4 leg lifts to the back
- 4 Hamstring curls
- 50 Rocking horse on left leg
- 8 Jumping jacks, 4 twists left, 8 diagonal kicks
- 4 Twists right
- 50 Fast jogs
- 4 Forward lunge with bicep curls
- 4 Power squats with bow and arrow arms
- 4 Hamstring curls with tricep presses
- 2 Hops/jumps forward 2 hops/jumps back
- 20 Marches, 20 cross country ski, 20 bobs in all directions
