I like to give the option to get low on the crosses, hooks and uppers (by default on the bob/weaves) to make it more challenging/better leg workout
Turning to face the right wall:
Now you are facing the left wall and can repeat on other side.
I break each move down and then slowly add them together.
* These are not slow lunges, but just the quick "step back" type.
I break it down by doing a series of lunge backs, then going into a slow elbow strike to the right and then center. In the slow strike you can start by just stepping to the side when yoyu strike or you can add the option of steping into a squat. When I add the side kick, it's sped up so it's just a quick step to the right when you strike, right into a side kick. You can add a slight hope when you change positions from the strike to the kick.
