Sweat It Out
This is a
Step pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16729)
All combos are 32 count. Start with right lead. You will notice after each combo is a 1 minute power move to really get that heart rate up there, those are optional.
Combo 1:
- Basic right x2 (8)
- 3 Alternating knees on top of step (left,right,left), exit down turning out to left (like a turnstep) (8)
- Turnstep (right lead) x1 (4)
- Over the top (4)
- Squat back over the step (8)
Repeat left lead
Optional - 1 minute: squats off step, right & left, power it up!
Combo 2:
- Alternating kicks corner to corner x2 (8)
- Alternating kicks around the world* (16)
- L-step with right side kick (off left end of step) (8)
Repeat left lead
Optional - 1 minute: alternating fast toe taps on step
Combo 3 (I stole it from another entry so thanks!):
- Jumping jacks on floor x2 (4)
- Up,up on top of step, jack x2, exit down on floor in front of step & jack x2 (12)
- Diagonal grapevine back (right lead) (4)
- Grapevine left back to starting position (behind step) (4)
- 3 Knee repeater (8)
Repeat left lead
Optional - 1 minute: jacks on floor (low x8, high x8, power x8, repeat)
Combo 4:
- Basic right x2 while moving to left side of step (8)
- 3 Knee repeater and exit of left end of step (8)
- Half of a hopturn & tap down (4) (now your facing the right wall)
- Diagonal across (4)
- Jacks moving back x4 (8)
Repeat left lead
Optional - 1 minute: Fast straddles on step, up, up, down, down (you can alternate leads if you want, ie:right lead for 30 seconds & left lead for 30 seconds.
Put all combos together without the 1 minute intervals in between.
*Alternating kicks around the world:
Right lead,facing left, step kick straddle down, step kick exit right.
Turn left,step kick straddle down (right lead still), step kick exit right.
