Sweat It Out

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 16729)

All combos are 32 count. Start with right lead. You will notice after each combo is a 1 minute power move to really get that heart rate up there, those are optional.

Combo 1:

Repeat left lead
Optional - 1 minute: squats off step, right & left, power it up!

Combo 2:

Repeat left lead
Optional - 1 minute: alternating fast toe taps on step

Combo 3 (I stole it from another entry so thanks!):

Repeat left lead
Optional - 1 minute: jacks on floor (low x8, high x8, power x8, repeat)

Combo 4:

Repeat left lead
Optional - 1 minute: Fast straddles on step, up, up, down, down (you can alternate leads if you want, ie:right lead for 30 seconds & left lead for 30 seconds.

Put all combos together without the 1 minute intervals in between.

*Alternating kicks around the world:
Right lead,facing left, step kick straddle down, step kick exit right.
Turn left,step kick straddle down (right lead still), step kick exit right.
