You can do anything for 30 seconds!!

This is a Cycling pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 16730)

I had 15 minutes to throw this together and it turned out to be a great class! Here's what I did and the songs I used. I use a 1-10 scale. 1 is nothing on the flywheel and 10 is the heaviest gear possible for no more than 30 seconds.
