This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.

Just a few simple combinations from my Thursday AM class.
- Walk forward 4x, then 2 sideheels (arms up,up and out,out)
- Walk back 4x, then 2 sideheels (could jog)
- Repeat above
- Jog or march in place 16x (arms up, then down)
- Side lunges 4x
- Lunge back 4x
- Grapevine box
- Steptouch 2x (arms up and down)
- Double steptouch 3x (arms up and down, adding a hop) repeat left
- Chasses forward 4x
- Grapevines (2) angle back
- Hop circle turning right, right foot 4x, hamstring curls 2x
- Hop circle turning left, left foot 4x, ham curls 2x
- Step wide right, left knee comes across 4x
- Skate behind or ham curls 4x
- Step wide left, right knee comes across 4x
- Skate behind or ham curls 4x
- Double grapevine with a turn to the back wall
- Double grapevine with a turn to the front wall
- Pony on the spot 4x
- Jumping jacks 4x could repeat left
- Walk or jog forward 3x, one knee up
- Walk or jog back 3x, one knee up
- Walk or jog forward toward left front corner 3x, knee up
- Walk or jog back 3x, one knee up with a hop facing right front corner
- Walk or jog forward toward right front corner 3x, knee up
- Walk or jog back 3x, one knee up and face front again
- Repeat forward and back can cool down with this one
I would use these for about 15 minutes or 20 minutes during a cardio combo class. Have fun!!
