I name my routines after songs. Most music can be found on I-tunes. All of my routines are pieced together from routines found on turnstep and submitted by Jen.
- Warm up......1:00 seated flat
- 1:00 standing flat
- 1:00 hover (hands in third, head down, bottom over seat, weight on legs)
- 1:00 jumps (count is your choice)
- 1:00 hover
- 1:00 stand flat
- 1:00 seated flat
- :30 seated climb
- :20 seated sprint (light tension moving legs quickly)
- :10 rest
- All three 5 times
- :30 hover
- :40 run or jog
- Both hover and run 5 times
- 1:00 heavy seated climb
- :20 sprint
- 1:00 heavy seated climb
- :20 sprint
- 1:00 heavy seated climb
- :20 sprint
- 2:00 jumps
- Immediately followed by...
- :20 stand sprint
- :20 seated sprint
- Rest
- Do the sprint set 2-3 times or do whole set including jumps 2-3 times
- :30 hover
- :40 run or jog
- Both hover and run 5 times
- 1:00 heavy stand climb
