- (5-8) Chasse
- (9-16) Single, single, double hamstring curl (turning to face the back)
- (17-20) Mambo cha cha cha (turning to face the front)
- (21-28) Step knee x4 travelling forwards
- (29-32) Walk (or jog) backwards
Repeat other side
Combo 2
- (1-4) Side lunge x2
- (5-8) V-step
- (9-16) Repeat last 2 lines
- (17-20) Double inner thigh lift left
- (21-26) Grapevine ending with a double inner thigh lift
- (27-32) Repeat last line

- (1-4) Side mambo
- (5-8) Side mambo cha cha cha (turning to face right corner)
