High NRG!

Hi/Lo pattern from

(pattern 16718)
I teach the class Part A frst. Quick drink break. Then part B. Quick drink break. Then part A&B together as re-cap. Then one more time through to a fast high energy track.
Do each exercise 4 times through...
"High NRG Class"
Part A
- Grapevine - 2 kicks - 2 x jack touch* (16)
- Knee lifts forward - 2 x knee alternate kicks (8) (turn in a box)
- Single, single double ham curl - mambo - 4 hops (circle) (8) alternate legs
- 3 Single side steps - double jump** (4)
Part B
- Triangle grapevine - 2 jax to face front (16) (right & left)
- Single, single, double side step - 4 high knee jogs (8)
- Single, single, double kick forward - 4 repeater knee each leg ( (16)
- Single, single, double kick back - 4 repeater knee each leg (16)
- 4 Lunges forward - 2 butt kicks (alternating) - 2 star jumps (8)
- 4 Lunges back - 2 butt kicks (alternating) - 2 star jumps (8)
* Jack touch = 1 jack, bend knees and touch floor
** Both feet together jump from side to side (2 counts)
