Simple Warm Up

Hi everybody out there, here is a simple warm up.
- Right: Step insole 8
- Right: Charleston kick x2 8
- Left: Skate 8*
- Right: 3 Repeater 8, use any variation you know
- Left: Same repeater 8
- Right: X-step chachacha 8**
- Left: Slow up 4
- Left: Reverse back 4
- Left: Slow down 4
- Left: Back 4
Now you can start on your left with the insole
* Skate is alternating hamstring curl x3 on top of step
** X-step chachacha is normal X-step but on 7-8 make a chachacha
