Kickboxing around again
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16831)
This pattern is fun as it runs smoothly from side to side.
Start in right fighter stance.
- Jab forward right (1)
- Cross punch left (2)
- Jab forward right (3)
- Back to fighter stance (4)
Repeat 4 times
- Pivot turn (step on right foot turn to back of room step on right again turn to front of room) (4)
- Side jab right 3 times cross punch left (4)
- Side jab left 3 times cross punch right (4)
Repeat 3 times
- Step forward left foot reaching both hands up above head to left side (2)
- Step left foot back bring arms down across to right side (2)
- (Keep stepping forward and back with arms up and down to side working obliques)
Repeat 4 times
- Double jab quickly front (2)
- Double jab quickly left side (2)
- Double jab quickly back (2)
- Double jab quickly right side (2)
You will rotate around in a circle when you reach the front start with the jab forward left hand!
Start pattern again on left side change everything to opposite side!
You can do as many repeats as you want on each combination as you learn. Then mix and match to see how well the class follows!
