This is an
Abs pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16832)
- Start out with 8 Single crunches
- On last one pulse for 3 on top, then come down. Repeat 6x
- 8 Singles
- Pulse 15x on top, then down. Repeat the whole thing.
- Starting from beginning crunch position (flat), come up a little. this will be level 1.
- Come up a little more, this will be level 2.
- Come up a little more, level 3.
- Last one is level 4 (as far as you can crunch up) then go all the way down. Repeat this 4x.
- Reverse crunch with upper torso crunch..2 slower, 8 tempo, 4 slower, 8 tempo.
- Bicycle: 4 sets of 8 per side
- Stutter bicycle: count 3-2-1 HOLD knee lightly, repeat other knee 4x.
