Push it to the edge

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 16815)

Just 7 blocks (64 count each)

Block 1 64

Block 2 64

Block 3 64

Block 4 64

Repeat

Block 5 64

Block 6 64

Block 7 64

Patterns to switch lead leg:

Block s1 32 (can swap step touches with one set of knees)

Block s2 32 (can swap step touches with one set of hams)

I tend to do a block or two, switch lead leg and repeat, doing a group of 3 or so blocks. I rarely get through all 7. A final touch for an extra challenge, do half of each move. Since all blocks are a 64 count, this works. For block 4 (grapevine left's), just do one set.
