High Intensity Hi-Lo with warm-up

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 16817)

Saturday Aerobics

(repeat all in reverse)

Format for teaching:

Aè Bè A+Bè Cè A+B+Cè Dè A+B+C+D

Each 4-part segment is 8 counts per line.

First time through a segment, double each line to make the exercise 16 counts.

Cut it to 8 counts after a few reps of the segment.

Feel free to take a water break between B and C or C and D!

Segment A:

(Repeat opposite lead)

Segment B:

(Repeat opposite lead)

Segment C:

(Repeat opposite lead)

Segment D:

(Repeat opposite lead)
