High Intensity Hi-Lo with warm-up

Saturday Aerobics
- Warm-up
- Squats; left/right with arms
- Step-touch; curls
- Side-taps; heels
(repeat all in reverse)
- Stationary stretching
- March/heels/side-taps/tap-back
- Grapevine/curls
- Squats right/left; narrow/wide; lunges
Format for teaching:
Aè Bè A+Bè Cè A+B+Cè Dè A+B+C+D
Each 4-part segment is 8 counts per line.
First time through a segment, double each line to make the exercise 16 counts.
Cut it to 8 counts after a few reps of the segment.
Feel free to take a water break between B and C or C and D!
Segment A:
- Step-touch
- Side-lunges
- Walk up/back
- 4 Jacks (lead change)
(Repeat opposite lead)
Segment B:
- 2 Double grapevine
- S-S-Double side-tap
- S-S-Double side-tap (lead change)
(Repeat opposite lead)
Segment C:
- 4 Curls
- 4 Knees
- 4 Kicks
- Grapevine; mambo (lead change)
(Repeat opposite lead)
Segment D:
- 4 Step-touch forward
- 4 Step-touch back
- 2 Power squats
- 4 Superman (lead change)
(Repeat opposite lead)
