Leg worker

This is a Step pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 16822)

Do all three 32's together and they self reverse...start other side.

*Knee is bent, lift leg to front and tap instep, then curl into hamstring curl and tap heel behind you, then again tap instep in front.

**Step up on step (right/left), stay up and tap right foot on floor then left foot on floor, then exit step (right/left)

***Outer leg lift into a squat on the floor

****Begin like a turnstep, lead foot exits to back of step other foot exits to front taking you into a straddle position, lead foot steps onto step, other leg weaves from front to back in a glute squeeze exiting that foot, then lead foot.

Very easy and fun.
