You're nuts!

Hi Everyone,
I just did this with my class and halfway through one of my students said "Are you nuts?", that's how this class got the name. I hope you can use.
I set up 4 stations and did a circuit. I set a ring timer for 2 minute intervals with a 30 seconds rest between swithing stations, here it is:
Bosu:
- 1. Lateral raises/side
- 2. Crunches
- 3. Flip over and do push ups
- 4. Front lateral raises with squat
Step:
- 1. Up up down down jack jack
- 2. Lying flutter kicks
- 3. Walkovers
- 4. Pop squats
Cardio/track:
- 1. Power knees
- 2. Shuffle side switching directions each time around
- 3. Wall jumps
- 4. Run track with weight overhead
Mat Area
- 1. Push ups off ball
- 2. Ball exchange
- 3. Crab walk
- 4. Surrender
