Combo #1 (beginning on right lead behind bench facing front)

Notes Combo #1

- Revolving V-step (left, 4) starting on floor to left and rear of bench:
(1-2) Reverse mount left/right turning clockwise to face back
(3-4) Reverse dismount left/right turning clockwise to face front

- Waltz on top (right, 5*) from side approach facing left wall:
(1) Rock step right near left end of bench slightly lifting left foot over bench
(2) Rock step left near right end of bench slightly lifting right foot over bench
(3) Rock step right near left end of bench slightly lifting left foot over floor behind bench
(4-5) Down-down left/right on floor behind bench turning clockwise to face right corner

-- Double Stomp (right, 5*) can be used in breakdown for Waltz:
(1) Rock step right near left end of bench slightly lifting left foot
(2) Rock step left on floor slightly lifting right foot over bench
(3) Rock step right near left end of bench slightly lifting left foot
(4-5) Down-down left/right on floor behind bench turning clockwise to face right corner

- Stomp on floor (left, 3*) starting on bench facing back:
(1) Rock step left on floor behind bench slightly lifting right foot
(2-3) Down-down left/right on bench

-- Triple Stomp (right, 7*) can be used in breakdown for three moves after Waltz:
(1) Rock step right near left end of bench slightly lifting left foot
(2) Rock step left on floor slightly lifting right foot over bench

- Step-safe walk x3 (with spin option) (left, 5)
(1) up left on right corner of bench
(2) Extend right leg to right of bench and tap with baseball umpire arms "Safe"
(3-5) Walk right/left/right (with clockwise spin option) in front of bench facing back

- Double-ham-kickback repeater (from side approach facing left wall) (right, 6*)
(1) up right
(2) Hamstring curl L moving leg forward over bench
(3) Touch left foot on floor in front of bench
(4) Hamstring curl L moving leg backward over bench
(5-6) Down-down left/right behind bench

- Up tic-toc-tic straddle down (from side approach facing left wall)) (right, 6)
(1) up right
(2) Hop left foot up, extending right leg in front of bench
(3) Hop right foot up, extending left leg behind bench
(4) Hop left foot up, extending right leg in front of bench
(5) Down right in front of bench
(6) Down left behind bench into straddle position

- Quick heels x5, knee (from side approacj facing right wall) (left, 8*)
(1) left heel on bench
(2) Switch right heel on bench, right on the floor
(3) Switch left heel on bench, right on the floor
(4) Switch right heel on bench, right on the floor
(5) Switch left heel on bench, right on the floor
(6) Step left on bench while lifting right knee
(7-8) Down-down right/left on floor behind bench

Combo #3 (beginning on right lead behind bench facing front)

Notes Combo #3

- Box step off end going behind bench (from straddle facing right wall (right, 4)
(1) Up right
(2) Swing left leg in front of body stepping left on floor to rear right of bench
(3) Down right behind bench turning counter-clockwise
(4) Walk left behind bench turning counter-clockwise

- Switch-switch twice repeater (from side approach facing right wall) (left, 8*)
(1-2) Up-up left/right
(3) Down left in front of bench
(4) Switch left foot up, right foot down in front of bench
(5) Switch right foot up, left foot down in front of bench
(6) Up left
(7-8) Down-down right behind bench

-- Low-impact option for switch-switch twice repeater (left, 12)
(1-2) Up-up left/right
(3) Down left in front of bench
(4) Knee right
(5) Up right
(6) Up left
(7-8) Down-down right/left behind bench

- Drop squat pushover (from side approach facing right wall) (left, 8)
(1) Drop squat left foot on bench, right foot on floor)
(2) Two-footed hop up (or stand up or 180-degree counter-clockwise spin)
(3) Drop squat left foot on bench, right foot on floor)
(4) Two-footed hop up (or stand up or 180-degree clockwise spin)
(5) Drop squat left foot on bench, right foot on floor)
(6) Two-footed hop up landing right foot on bench, left foot extended in front of bench
(7-8) down-down left/right in front of bench turning to face other corner

Combo #4 (beginning on left lead behind bench right wall)

- Double-knee shuffle x3 (from side approach) (left, 8)
(1) Up left
(2) Knee right
(3) Touch right behind bench
(4) Knee right
(5) Down right
(6) Switch feet on floor, right forward, left back
(7) Switch feet on floor, left forward, right back
(8) Switch feet on floor, right forward, left back

Combo #5 (beginning on right lead behind bench left wall)

Repeat Combos 1-5 beginning on left lead
