Combo #1 (beginning on right lead behind bench facing front)

Notes Combo #1

Sprinkler repeater (left, 8*)
(1) Up left on right corner
(2) Hop-knee right with slight counter-clockwise spin
(3-5) Tap-hop right x3 on floor turning clockwise
(6) Knee right
(7-8) Down-down right/left behind bench

Reverse sprinkler repeater (right, 8*)
(1) Up right on left corner
(2) Reverse Hhop-knee right turning 180 degrees counter-clockwise to face back
(3-5) Tap-hop left x3 on floor turning counter-clockwise
(6) Knee left
(7-8) Down-down left/right behind bench

Combo #2 (beginning on left lead behind bench facing front)

Notes Combo #2

- Push step (to the front or side) (left, 6*)
(1-2) Up-up left/right turning to face right wall
(3) Step left on floor in front of bench while squatting
(4) Push up (i.e., two-footed hop) while standing with left foot landing on bench and right leg pendulum extending behind bench
(5-6) Down left/right turning to face front

Combo #3 (beginning on right lead behind bench facing front)

Safe (left, 4*)
(1) Up left on right corner of bench
(2) Extend right leg to side touching floor
(3-4) Down-down right/left turning to face other corner

Jump Squat (left, 4*)
(1) Two-footed jump into squat with left foot on right corner and left foot on floor
(2) Stand up
(3-4) Down-down right/left turning to face other corner

Four Repeater (left, 10*)
(1) Up right
(2) Knee left
(3) Touch left
(4) Knee left
(5) Touch left
(6) Knee left
(7) Tic (i.e., left foot on bench, right leg extends in front of bench)
(8) Toc (i.e., right foot on bench, right leg extends behind bench)
(9-10) Down-down right/left behind bench

Combo #4 (beginning on left lead behind bench right wall)

Notes Combo #4

- Step-over-ham (right, 4*)
(1) Step over right on floor in front of bench slightly lifting left foot behind bench
(2) Hold with clap or hamstring curl left leg
(3) Down left behind bench
(4) Step over right on floor behind bench

- V-squat (right, 4)
(1) Two-footed hop up
(2) Squat
(3-4) Down-down right/left

Combo #5 (beginning on right lead behind bench left wall)

Notes Combo #5

- Chug (right, 2)
(1) Rock step up right slightly lifting left foot
(2) Rock step on floor left slightly lifting right foot

- Superwoman (from front approach) (left, 4*)
(1) Up left
(2) 180-degree Hopturn counter-clockwise with right leg extended to face back
(3-4) Down-down right/left in front of bench facing back

Repeat Combos 1-5 beginning on left lead
