Easy Beginner Step
This is a
Step pattern from

First Combo
Start hamstrings on the left side of step.
- 2 Hamstring curls corner to corner (8)
- 2 Kicks corner to corner (8)
- 2 Glute raises corner to corner (8)
- 1 L-step (8)
Repeat on the right end of the step with a left lead.
Second Combo
Start knees on the left end of the step.
- 2 Knee corner to corner (8)
- Turn over the step to face the back (1/2 revolving door) (4)
- 2 Knees corner to corner (8)
- Turn over the step to face the front (1/2 revolving door) (4)
- 1 Rocking horse (on left end) (8)
- L-step or or 3 hamstring curls on the corner of the step (8)
Repeat on the right end of the step with a left lead.
Third Combo
Start on the right end of the step.
- Broadway Knees (knee up on step knee back on floor) (8)
- 2 Side legs abductions corner corner (8)
- I-step (8)
- 3 Knee repeater on the right end. (8)
Repeat combo on the left end of the step.
Fourth Combo
Start on the right end of the step.
- 2 Insole taps corner corner (8)
- Left foot up and lunge (left, right) (8)
- I-step (or Y-step ending with a jumping jack) (8)
- L-step (8)
Repeat combo on the left end of the step.
