This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16748)
Standing:
- Jab left
- Jab right
- Knee block right
- Cross left
- Side Kick right
- Side lunge left -hand on floor
- Side kick right
- Side lunge left-hand on floor
- Side kick
- Cross punch right
- Crescent kick prep right (knee bend, right knee adducts (in toward left) flexes and externally rotates, so you make a half moon with right leg)
- Cross right
- Full crescent kick right (all motions stated above but with extended leg)
Then repeat on opposite side (change all right to left and left to right)
It takes a bit to get, so go thought it slow but it is so much fun when it all comes together!
