Hello to all. This is my first post so I hope that it is OK. I have been using this website for a few years and like many of you, finally decided it was my turn to give back.
Combo 1:
- Grapevine (1-4)
- 3 Power squats (5-16)*
- March forward, 2 jacks (1-8)
- March back, 2 jacks (1-8)
- Right front kick, left toe tap back (repeat 4 times) (1-16)
- 2 V-steps (1-4)
- 2 Low V-steps (squatting low) (1-4)
Repeat combo on left lead
*To add difficulty rotate the power squats to east wall, back wall, west wall. End last squat by turning to the front.
Combo 2:
- 4 Alternating soccer kicks (1-16)**
- 4 Alternating knee lifts (move up) (1-8)
- 4 Side lunges (move back) (1-8)
- Repeat knees and lunges (moving up and back) (1-16)
- 2 Charlestons (facing left corner of room) (1-8)
- Jog forward (still facing left corner), jog back (1-8)
- 2 Charlestons (facing front) (1-8)
- Jog forward, jog back (1-8)
Repeat combo on left lead
**Step (right), soccer kick (left), step (left), step (right)...Repeat alternating soccer kicks
Combo 3:
- Double side tap (1-4)
- 6 Power side taps (5-16)
- Scoop up (1-8)
- Side tap back (1-8)
- 4 Mambos (1-16)
- Pony (1-16)
Repeat combo on left lead
