Killer 6 Combo

Hi, my name is Christine, my background is "participant", I recently became an instructor...I love aerobics, it's a passion of mine, so my descriptions of moves are just from experience..no training...so I apoligize:) ahead of time.
This combination of moves is done in a progression of 6 add-ons. So I suggest adding as many as the class is ready for. So, by the time the class masters each combo, it will be time to step it up, Hence the name "Killer Combo." All the moves are basic moves. Some are complicated to a degree, and if my description is not easy to follow, just email me and I'll help you out.
My descriptions:
Double ham curls-repeater 2 times
Pump it up - High level ...just take it by jumping it up more, for the ones that want to take it high.
V-step- out out in in
ZigZag- 4 count steptouch in a zigzag pattern (diagonal left, right, left, right)
[ZigZag Square]- steptouch, diagonal, 4 count add 4 knees left/right/left/right turns, do zigzag again until you do the move as a square.
Scoop it up- step with a scooping motion, hands dip down, diagonal pattern.
Half Jacks-sway hands alone to (right) then sway alone to (left)
Power Squat-legs extend out in jumping jack form 2 count..hold... they jump in for 2 count.
Okay let's start:)
First Combo:
- 4 Alternating knees (on the spot) right/left/right/left
- Move the knees forward right/left/right/left
- 4 Ham curls back right/left/right/left (suggestion) (use knees back until u progress to ham curls back ...to warm them up)
- ADD:
- Double ham curls right/left, on the spot....Back to alternating knees on the spot , move forward, and ham curls back
- ADD:
- Pump it up curls 8X on the spot, right/left/right/left/right/left/right/left...Back to alternating knees on the spot, ham curls back, pump it up curls on the spot...
- ADD: only add when ready!..they are ready!
- Double ham curls: 3X right/left/right ... this is the joining step to next combo, start this after a few rounds as suggested above.Then add second combo.
Second Combo:
- ADD:
- Steptouch 4X left end on right
- Scoop it up 2X right/left
- Steptouch 4X right/left/right/left
- Grapevine right with 4 repeater left knee
- Grapevine left with 4 repeater right knee
- 4 Ham curls back left/right/left/right
- Double curl left...(back to altenating knees..right..keep them going!..with above combo...then add third combo)
Third Combo:
- ADD:
- Grapevine left
- V-step right
- 2 Half jacks right/left
- 2 Full jacks
- 1 Power squat...back to alternating knees., as many as they can take!..now take it to the fourth combo, add it:
Fourth Combo: (Combo can be done alone) (or as an add on)
- Add:
- Grapevine left, grapevine right, grapevine left
- Zigzag forward 4X
- Add: [Zigzag Square] with 4 knees, left, right, left, right turn on right), making a square.
- Leg curls back 4X left right left right
- Double left curl, add fifth combo:
Fifth Combo:
- 4 Knees right left/right/left
- Double knees right/left
- Pump it up knees, 8X, right/left/right/leftright/left/right/left
- Steptouch 4X right/left/right/left
Sixth Combo:
- 4 Leg curls (on the spot) right/left/right/left
- 4 Leg curls forward right/left/right/left
- Double curls back right, then left ... back to grapevine in fourth combo..or back to FIRST combo.. I have more :)
