Killer 6 Combo

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from (pattern 16759)

Hi, my name is Christine, my background is "participant", I recently became an instructor...I love aerobics, it's a passion of mine, so my descriptions of moves are just from I apoligize:) ahead of time.

This combination of moves is done in a progression of 6 add-ons. So I suggest adding as many as the class is ready for. So, by the time the class masters each combo, it will be time to step it up, Hence the name "Killer Combo." All the moves are basic moves. Some are complicated to a degree, and if my description is not easy to follow, just email me and I'll help you out.

My descriptions:
Double ham curls-repeater 2 times
Pump it up - High level ...just take it by jumping it up more, for the ones that want to take it high.
V-step- out out in in
ZigZag- 4 count steptouch in a zigzag pattern (diagonal left, right, left, right)
[ZigZag Square]- steptouch, diagonal, 4 count add 4 knees left/right/left/right turns, do zigzag again until you do the move as a square.
Scoop it up- step with a scooping motion, hands dip down, diagonal pattern.
Half Jacks-sway hands alone to (right) then sway alone to (left)
Power Squat-legs extend out in jumping jack form 2 count..hold... they jump in for 2 count.
