Aquatic Martial Arts Circuit

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 16791)

I developed this from my martial arts background this is a fat burning circuit

Do this sequence for three minutes from the jab, cross. Then change sides and do it in reverse for three minutes

You will feel the burn
