I developed this from my martial arts background this is a fat burning circuit
- Jab, cross,
- Jab, cross, front snap kick, thrust kick
- Jab, cross, front snap kick, thrust kick, hook, hook
- Jab, cross, front snap kick, thrust kick, hook, hook, back kick, back kick
- Jab, cross, front snap kick, thrust kick, hook, hook, back kick, back kick, uppercut, uppercut
Do this sequence for three minutes from the jab, cross. Then change sides and do it in reverse for three minutes
You will feel the burn
