[right side of body facing horizontal step]
Combo 1
- Tic Toc or pendulum 3-straddle down; stomp back side of step, straddle down [8 count]
- Cross back, straddle; step box over to the front of step [7 count]
- INTO Reverse up, straddle down; shuffle travel on the back side, floor pivot [8 count]
- (on short end, facing back of room) triple knee EXIT floor cha-cha-cha [9 count]
Total 32 count
Combo 2 [facing back of room]
- Chug (or 2 stomps on the short end), reverse-step-mambo[8 count]
- Floor march 2; up/up floor tap-box around (to back of step) [8 count]
- Step kick up; EXIT (front of step-inside foot) floor mambo, floor cha-cha-cha [8 count]
- Up/up lunge, (opposite foot) lunge-knee & EXIT front of step [8 count]
Total 32 count
Combo 3 [facing front of room]
- Step abduct-mambo down & up (on front of step); step box back to center [8 count]
- Reverse LAND foot onto step; hop over HOLD 1 count (switch top foot to go over step) [4 count]
- EXIT back of step, mambo on the corner [4 count]
- "Quick over" (2 count over the top, turn on third count) [3 count]
- Single cross over, INTO floor mambo on the back of step [5 count]
- Reverse up, mambo down & up; EXIT floor mambo [8 count]
Total 32 count
Combo 4 [on back side of bench] POWER BLOCK
- Floor cha-chas 3x around to front of bench [6 count]
- Basic OR full reverse turn, pony on the corner & EXIT [8 count]
- Step knee (off the short end) INTO pulse squat 7x, knee lift EXIT back to center (option: pulse squat over from side to side for power) [18 count]
Total 32 count
My class loved this, plus I got a great deal of milage by reversing the routine (doing it backwards) once they got it;-)
