Begin in fighter stance (right shoulder to mirror)
32 count kickbox combo:
- 1. Jab...jab,cross (4 count)
- 2. Step,kick,step back (4 count)
- 3. Jab...jab, cross (4 count)
- 4. Step,kick,step back (4 count) (I cue #5 on this step)
- 5. Jab,cross,hook,upper cut (4 count)
- 6. Duck, set (4 count)
- 7. Jab, cross hook upper cut forward (4 count)
- 8. Duck it back (4 count) or duck, turn; to repeat on other side
How to...
Begin in fighter's stance (right shoulder to mirror)
- 1&3. Right jab (pause) jab, cross (quick)
- 2&4. Step in with left foot,side kick on right (toward mirror), step back with left foot
- 5. Jab,cross,hook,uppercut (quick)
- 6. Duck back and set up (pause) for next move
- 7. Move forward 2 steps while punching
- 8. Duck back two steps or duck turn (step, turn, step, in; so you are facing left shoulder to mirror)
