TD's Leg Routine #1
This is a

(pattern 16806)
- Squat with a bicep curl x10
- Lunge right leg back and pulse x10
- Bring right knee up and do quad extensions x10
- Squat with a bicep curl x10
- Lunge left leg back and pulse x10
- Bring left knee up and do quad extensions x10
This routine is great for the entire leg, stability and abs. Do as many reps as needed. Thanks turnstep for all the awesome ideas. It has made a major difference in me as a trainer.
