Intensity Options

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 16901)

Step is horizontal - all combos are self-reversing

I use very simple patterns for intensity variations - The object of this is so that new people and those that prefer low intensity can work on the low intensity option and the other more advanced and fit members can enjoy the other variations.

Combo 1a (low intensity)

Combo 1b (high intensity)

Combo 2a (low intensity)

Combo 2b (high intensity)

Combo 3a (low intensity)

Combo 3b (high intensity)

Combo 4

Combo 5 - all low intensity to cool down..

* No lunge down on last one to transition safely back to travelling knees
