  Race:
  I start them off on a loop from the Tour of California. They come in downhill so they're going fast, come to a flat, gear up to turn a corner and climb, climb, climb, come down a hill, right turn (a little brake) flat, sprint to finish line and repeat it. Depending on how I'm cueing it the loop could be two times or three. Our town is a stop for the Tour of California so my class if familiar with the loop they do when they come into town - so I use landmarks when I'm cueing: "you're in front of Borders, 15 meters to the finish, sprint, sprint. Past finish line, second loop begins in front of the Greens, you're coming up to Shell, make a right up the hill, push, etc.)
